The new Mercedes-Benz SL AMG Launches @ Bradys Castleknock
We recently hosted a
very special event for the dealership to coincide with the launch of the brand
new Mercedes-Benz SL. This special car, now in its 7th generation
deserved a special launch so we set about assembling a collection of all 7
generations of the SL.
With the enormous generosity of some friends and
customers who provided us with cars from their private collections, we brought
the entire SL family together under one roof in our showroom for the event.
We
have been overwhelmed by the positive reaction of our customers to the event
and to the collection of very special cars. From the 1955 SL 190 to the
legendary 1957 300 SL Gullwing and right through to the new model SL, the sheer
depth of heritage and motor engineering could be felt at a glance around the
showroom. Each car in the collection told its own story over many decades.
It
was fantastic to see such wonder and fascination visible on the faces of
hundreds of customers and visitors who passed through the showroom and had the
unique opportunity to get ‘up-close’ to so many legendary cars together. We
wish to thank all those who supported the event in any way and we look forward
to a bright future with many deliveries of the New SL.
